​​​WildHeer Bloody Mary Chicken  

  • I like to use Chicken Hind Quarters ( about 6 ).

  • Sprinkle with minced garlic to taste. ( I LOVE GARLIC! )

  • Pour a whole bottle of WildHeer Bloody Mary Mix over chicken.

  • ​Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours in a roaster pan. I use an aluminum roaster pan it saves on clean up & time!

  • I use the left over sauce to pour over baked potatoes which you can bake at the same time as the chicken!

  • ​ENJOY! 

Bloody Beer

  • In a pint glass pour 2/3 class of Beer  ( I use Miller High Life ).
  • ​Add WildHeer Bloody Mary Mix.
  • Enjoy!
